The Clubhouse

The clubhouse includes a well stocked bar with a variety of local and international beers and wines.

Capacity

The club is licensed for a maximum of 120 people. Depending on the size and nature of the event, there is the opportunity to screen off part of the lounge.This can either be used as a separate lounge for guests, or to reduce the size of the room to create more atmosphere.

Room Hire Charges

The room hire is £50, and in addition we ask that the lead member of the party joins the club as a social member at a cost of £35.00. This entitles the card holder to a 20% discount on bar prices and they would be invited to our popular social events throughout the year. 

Catering

Catering is provided by our inhouse caterer and their team.

Car Parking

There is  car parking for 60 cars. There is a car park close to the clubhouse and an overflow car park on the right hand side of the road at the entrance to the club.

Confirming your booking

Once your required date has been confirmed as available and you wish to confirm the booking, please download the Private Function Reservation Form. This must be completed and returned to the club house manager, along with your £35 social membership fee and room hire fee of £50, within 14 days.
